Trimorphism

Trimorphism examines hierarchies within fine arts by breaking down and redistributing the components of abstract composition. Each trio—suspended sculpture, vessel, and wall tableau—shares a formal language, challenging the viewer to reconsider inherited ideas about value and legitimacy in art. Is the composition more “art” when framed as a painting? Does its status change when rendered in three dimensions—or on ceramic, historically sidelined as craft? These works assert parity across form, inviting reflection on why we revere some formats while dismissing others. Trimorphism is both a visual study and a quiet defiance against the canon’s unspoken rules.
